Going Forward

Have you ever looked back on your life and felt regret?

Sometimes people want to sit and reflect on what c/should have been. I say to those people we should look at what is present and never look to the past.

While watching the Movie Kung Fu Panda, I heard the most interesting and thought provoking line. "People should forget yesterday because it is History, Not worry about tomorrow because it's a Mystery, enjoy today because it's a gift, that's why its called the present."

What an awesome and wonderful thought. There is nothing as special as today, because it is a true gift to be alive and there are so many things to experience today that are different from yesterday.

Depresion and Disappearing

When I sit back and think about my life I happen to know that I am truly ready to die. Even though I am scared of what might come, I know that my life is complete and I am ready to accept my fate. I know that I have to watch out and protect my family and provide for them but if it is my time I am ready.

So what is this blog all about. I guess you might say that this is about how I feel about life and people. I am just in a time and space that makes me less than wanting to be around people.

I like being in the background and like to lead just don't want to be in a spotlight.

Well I am going to think more about this and then reflect on life and my relationship with the Almighty.

Never Letting them See you Sweet

Ha Ha HA, I will laugh about this some time later but have you ever noticed that in your life you have soo much going on that you never stop to smell the roses. I recently noticed that because of all the things that I do I am constantly moving and not really stopping enough to do some reconnecting or socializing.
I think this is because we are trained to just keep going and going. We are like tohe energizer bunny. We just do and sometimes forget to think.

Ok on to the topic: I chose this as the topic for my post because I have this feeling of being an outcast sometimes which is not true. But when you are just and average person you forget yourself and with draw into your cacoon, and stay protective. We never want people to see who we are and our real selves. From the reflection that we see in the mirror we sometimes might ask ourselves is this who I am, or is this who people see that I am? I often wonder is it truly me that people see or is it a mask that I wear. Coming soon the mask....

What Goes Around Comes Around

He almost didn't see the old lady, stranded on the side of the road, but even in the dim light of day, he could see she needed help. So he pulled up in front of her Mercedes and got out. His Pontiac was still sputtering when he approached her.Even with the smile on his face, she was worried. No one had stopped to help for the last hour or so. Was he going to hurt her? He didn't look safe; he looked poor and hungry. He could see that she was frightened, standing out there in the cold. He knew how she felt. It was that chill which only fear can put in you.He said, "I'm here to help you, ma'am. Why don't you wait in the car where it's warm? By the way, my name is Bryan Anderson."Well, all she had was a flat tire, but for an old lady, that was bad enough. Bryan crawled under the car looking for a place to put the jack, skinning his knuckles a time or two. Soon he was able to change the tire. But he had to get dirty and his hands hurt.As he was tightening up the lug nuts, she rolled down the window and began to talk to him. She told him that she was from St. Louisand was only just passing through. She couldn't thank him enough for coming to her aid.Bryan just smiled as he closed her trunk. The lady asked how much she owed him. Any amount would have been all right with her. She already imagined all the awful things that could have happened had he not stopped. Bryan never thought twice about being paid. This was not a job to him. This was helping someone in need, and God knows there were plenty, who had given him a hand in the past. He had lived his whole life that way, and it never occurred to him to act any other way.He told her that if she really wanted to pay him back, the next time she saw someone who needed help, she could give that person the assistance they needed, and Bryan added, "And think of me."He waited until she started her car and drove off. It had been a cold and depressing day, but he felt good as he headed for home, disappearing into the twilight.A few miles down the road the lady saw a small cafe. She went in to grab a bite to eat, and take the chill off before she made the last leg of her trip home. It was a dingy looking restaurant. Outside were two old gas pumps. The whole scene was unfamiliar to her. The waitress came over and brought a clean towel to wipe her wet hair. She had a sweet smile, one that even being on her feet for the whole day couldn't erase. The lady noticed the waitress was nearly eight months pregnant, but she never let the strain and aches change her attitude. The old lady wondered how someone who had so little could be so giving to a stranger. Then she remembered Bryan. After the lady finished her meal, she paid with a hundred dollar bill. The waitress quickly went to get change for her hundred dollar bill, but the old lady had slipped right out the door. She was gone by the time the waitress came back. The waitress wondered where the lady could be. Then she noticed something written on the napkin. There were tears in her eyes when she read what the lady wrote: "You don't owe me anything. I havebeen there too. Somebody once helped me out, the way I'm helping you. If you really want to pay me back, here is what you do: Do not let this chain of love end with you."Under the napkin were four more $100 bills.Well, there were tables to clear, sugar bowls to fill, and people to serve, but the waitress made it through another day. That night when she got home from work and climbed into bed, she was thinking about the money and what the lady had written. How could the lady have known how much she and her husband needed it? With the baby due next month, it was going to be hard....She knew how worried her husband was, and as he lay sleeping next to her, she gave him a soft kiss and whispered soft and low, "Everything's going to be all right. I love you, Bryan Anderson."There is an old saying "What goes around comes around." Today, I sent you this story, and I'm asking you to pass it on .. Let this light shine.

God Has Kept Me Here For A Reason

Repeat after me: God has kept me here for a reason. I survived because He has a plan for me. All my bad relationships, the addictions, the consequences, the bad credit, the repossessions, the death of my loved ones, the back stabbing from my friends, the negative thoughts, or the lack of support; I made it because I am blessed! I release and let go of all past hurts, misunderstandings and grudges because I am abundantly blessed! I recognize them as the illusions they are, and sent from the enemy to kill my spirit, steal my joy, and destroy my faith; For God is all there is. All else is a lie! Now give yourself a hug, wipe your tears away and walk in victory!!!!!!!! I love you, but more appropriately God loves you BEST! Be blessed and know that you are at one with THE SPIRIT OF THE LIVING GOD! And may the Lord keep watch between you and me when we are away from each other. Genesis 31:49. Amen! Now since you are a true child of God, you know that with every blessing, a blessing is required! So be a blessing to another, by passing this on. IF YOU DO IT RIGHT NOW, GOD WILL BLESS IT RIGHT NOW!! Be Blessed "The Will of GOD will never take you where the GRACE of GOD will not protect you

In GOD I've Found Everything! The Greatest Man in History Jesus had no servants, yet they called Him Master. Had no degree, yet they called Him Teacher. Had no medicines, yet they called Him Healer. He had no army, yet kings feared Him. He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world. He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him. He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today. I feel honored to serve such a Leader who loves us! If you believe in God and in Jesus Christ His Son .. send this to all on your buddy list .. if not just ignore it. If you ignore it, just remember that Jesus said ... "If you deny me before man, I will deny you before my Father in Heaven." God's Blessing is Over Flowing! Have A Blessed Day
